As a mother, a school administrator, and a Girl Scout Leader, I am surrounded by young people all the time. I can’t escape them – and really, I wouldn’t want to. In my office at work, I have a small print that says: Children are not things to be molded, but people to be unfolded. I love this quote and refer to it on a regular basis as I help my kids, students and scouts figure out who they are and find themselves so they can grow into confident adults. And this is why I love books like Dream It & Do It by, Holly Sharp.

With bite-sized stories about people who made their dreams come true, this book offers the reader a lot of inspiration in a skinny book! No matter what kind of dream your child has, there is probably a story in this book that will help to give them hope that they really can achieve anything. And even if you aren’t looking for inspiration, if you are just looking for a fun, quick non-fiction read, you might just learn something new when you read Dream It & Do It.

I give this book 5 Sips!
